Been training for many years and being reasonably muscular has always been a big part of my identity. Unfortunately, maintaining muscle gets a little harder once you start becoming “distinguished vintage.”
These days my focus is less about chasing huge numbers and more about holding onto muscle mass, staying lean, avoiding injuries, and convincing my joints to cooperate 4–5 days a week.
Still passionate about training, recovery, nutrition, and long-term health — and always interested in learning new ways to slow the ongoing battle against age and gravity
