@Peptilia foot seems to recovering at a alarming rate now no pinning in left forearm to assist with rsi from work not logging much training food etc just as am focusing building a solid core and recovery

So unbelievably my plantar fasciitis is so much better 3 shots straight into the foot amazing stuff, but because I’ve been walking like a zombie for months then all of sudden pretty much normal again strained my l5 but that’s improved massively this week too.
