I would save it until you are leaner. Getting to 15 from 20 is easy. Once you at 15 its easy to stay there if you are training. Hell i can eat whatever i want and stay there as long as i train. Going from 15 to 12 is way harder. Save it for the hard part later.
I can get from my doc whenever I want it so have taken it quite a few times. I get my bloodwork done before and after and it has never affected my liver enzymes, hdl, or ldl.
