I'm going to tray just swallowing the garlic buds like a capsule. I don't think the capsule is much better than just eating a little section or two every day, I just wont chew lol.
I love eating garlic and it is great for you. I like it so much I eat it daily and I even supplement with garlic capsules but the stuff make my breath stick and even my sweat smells of it. Any options out there for supplementing Garlic that wont make my breath stunk?
