Another big fan here. Has to be considered the bread and butter basic stack imo. I love it, especially with proviron and a bit of dbol in there for good measure.
This. IF can work very well indeed if you're busy during the day so you can keep yourself occupied while you wait for your eating window. Add in some DNP and watch the fat melt off.
These days I prefer to do carb timing and have a smaller window for carbs but protein throughout the day.
I'm a big fan of GH Blast, GABA, melatonin, 5-htp, ZMA, pain killers (if you ache like a mofo like I do) and carbs. Mmm, carbs - always handy to have a good excuse to eat some carbs late at night :)
