Try it and if it tastes bad don't use it. Creatine isn't too expensive. I had protein do that, had a bit of a bad smell but tasted fine so I used it and didn't have any bad effects.

So would you recommend maybe 8 whites and 2 whole eggs? Or how would you break it down. I was under the impression that the yolk was high in cholesterol and all the benefits were in the whites.
I'm still trying to cut and keep off as much fat as I can but if I added a 1/2 cup of pasta before and after workouts would I still be able to cut good amounts of fat and stay real lean. Already eating yams and oatmeal for some carbs but it isn't much and I do feel a little weak in the gym...
Thanks for the advice, I do try and make sure I have a serving of fish everyday and if not I always get my omega 3 pill in. My main goal was to cut for summer that's why no carbs, but with the sarms would I be able to add in some carbs and it still be no problem for cutting because of the fat...
