Well, from my own research and from what others have said - id def try to resolve that problem before adding fuel to the fire. Best of luck man. I'm def tuning in as well, hope it all works for you as well.

Don't mean to threadjack, but I have tired the protocol minus yohimflame. Knocked some out but still left with puffs so I'm just thinking its more stubborn fat since I don't feel much of a gland left.

I've been on 2 different anti gyno methods; nolva only and letro ATM at 2.5mg ED from a taper up then nolva after in case of estrogen rebound. and tbh I haven't seen much noticeable difference for myself. More of fat loss and such than anything to do with my nips. Thinking of implementing...

Started on letro on 4/25 at 0.5mL and tapered up to 1mL / 2.5mg ED since and unfortunately I have an emergency and have to fly south so I'll be having to miss 2 days .. what should I do? Appreciate the help! Kind of a stressful time plz keep negative comments to yourself.

Approaching end of taper week one , lumps have reduced in size overall prob by like 40%, stil have puffy nips so we'll see what v3 brings. I'd say this nolva only cycle gave me a few positives as well - strength went up, a Lil more vascular .
