Thanks for your detailed reply. I understand problems with body fat percentage, however my training regime currently almost exclusively aerobic - 4-6 km squad swimming 4 x week, run between 6-10km twice a week and 2 gym sessions. Last cycle I dropped 6-7kg and was able to train more intensely...
No blood work done yet still looking for a doctor who’s happy to do them.
no bloodwork - still trying to find a doc who's happy to order them privately. last cycle was my first. i used to be 98 kg with total skin folds ~47mm
