    Free Testosterone Levels?

No AI, just the TRT dosage, LGD-4033, B-12, D3 and a greens supplement. First bloods as indicated in the baseline were done just after Christmas 2014, followed up by bloods 4 weeks later and again 2 weeks ago (which were the new results with the high free test levels).

    Free Testosterone Levels?

Exactly. As with the other responses on here, I thought high free test was a good thing, so I'm really confused as my Dr. is saying that this is very rare and they want it lower. At 100mg/wk I was not feeling anything through the first 6 - 8 weeks, once we bumped it to 150mg, I started to...

    Free Testosterone Levels?

I'm a 48 year old male, and been lifting for 30 years. I noticed something wasn't right the past few years and, long story short, I've been on TRT for about 3 mos and I'm working with my doctor to get the proper dosage. 100mg per week wasn't providing the results, so we've bumped it to 150mg...

    Best bodybuilder ever??

The question of who is the best is really a challenge, because we have to define what that means, are we talking, aesthetics, shape, symmetry, sheer mass? Overall, my choice would be Arnold, not because he necessarily had the best shape and size combination, but because he is modern...

Well, I met with my main doctor again today and we've decided against the injections at this point. We're going to a neurologist for EMG testing, to see what is really going on with how the nerves are firing. The pain management doctor I visited (the one who does the steroid injections) seemed...

Actually Enjoy your Tuna... A new meal by Dylan Gemelli

Been eating canned tuna for 25 years and never thought to do anything as remotely creative as this. This looks awesome! Just proves healthy doesn't have to be boring. Thanks, Dylan.

Man, that's tough. No one has mention PT as of yet, I've been living in the doctor's office the past 6 months, been doing traction and all of that. I was referred to a surgeon who indicated I wasn't a candidate but did recommend the injections. I met with the injection doctor today and...

Have only been on TRT for about a month so I don't know my current levels, I should be doing blood work again within a week or two. Been consulting with my Dr. as there has been no noticeable change on the 100mg, I am hoping to get bumped up to 150 or 200 in the coming weeks.

I'm on prescription TRT and am not in control of the dosage. Working with my Dr. to hopefully increase. I'm looking at Ostarine and Cardarine combined to jumpstart my program. Thanks for the reply.

I found this forum through Dylan's Youtube channel. Not to bore you all with details, but the history does create context. I'm nearly 48 years old, have been lifting most of my adult life and had attained a quality physique over the years, never a full bodybuilder or as lean as I liked, but...
