    sarms run

I'm just finishing week 12 of the exact same cycle right now: LGD, Ostarine, Cardarine. I would definitely not do it for less than 8 weeks. My weight gain stopped by week 6 but I've continued to get stronger in weeks 9-12 and I'm actually leaning out a bit now (I had some bloat despite keeping...

SARMS Bloodwork just in . . . Thoughts?

thanks for the help, guys. Going to get on some liver support and run it through PCT. Looks like I'm on track otherwise

SARMS Bloodwork just in . . . Thoughts?

I've been on 50 mg androsta daily (an AI) so that's what dropped my E2.

SARMS Bloodwork just in . . . Thoughts?

Dylan made this very clear from the start when we discussed this cycle so I'm with you on this one! I expected some suppression, especially since its a 12 week cycle, and will be running PCT. Its the slightly elevated liver enzymes that were most surprising. I think the test and E are pretty...

SARMS Bloodwork just in . . . Thoughts?

thanks I don't understand the bloat either. I started looking tighter in 2 weeks then all the sudden BAM! 8+ lb gain N2Guard is on my list now

SARMS Bloodwork just in . . . Thoughts?

Starting week 9 of my cycle and just had some bloods done. A little concerned about liver enzymes. Not sure about test/E/LH/FSH but they don't seem too far off given what I'm taking. Osta 25mg LGD 10mg Cardarine 20mg HCGenerate (since week 5) N2Slin Androsta 50 mg/day Plant-Based Multi-V Got...

Pam cooking spray to keep it low fat.

Surprised no one mentioned getting a refillable pump spray can (like a Misto) and choosing your own high quality olive oil/grapeseed oil/macadamia nut oil/whatever. No soy lecithin, no weird chemicals. I wouldn't touch Pam with a 10 ft pole . . .

    Ego-centric bodybuilding culture

Well said. If you've competed at any level in powerlifting, then you can call yourself a powerlifter. Same with bodybuilding. You don't need to be in the top 1% to be able to call it your sport or your passion.

So how come no one got cancer from GW?

Combine this with the fact that it cost $2,558 million ($2.6B) on average to get a single drug to market, and its no surprise they decided to cut their losses and move on to something else. That figure is a from a Tufts University study published 4 months ago . . .

Which digestive enzymes do I need? - Protease, Bromelain, Papain, Cellulase.

agreed - don't forget the probiotics as well as all the major protein, carb, and fat enzymes (proteases, amylase, lipase). I prefer kefir or homemade kimchi (if you know any Korean folks in your town) to pills as far as probiotics are concerned. Humans technically don't need to be able to...

Why are our hormone levels so jacked?!

just made a note to myself - need to look into that! my coworker was a D1 athlete before he was diagnosed. Been trying to get him back on a serious strength training program and cleaner, higher calorie diet - he could be a monster if he wanted to be :D

Why are our hormone levels so jacked?!

I have a coworker in his early 40s, type I diabetic diagnosed in his 20s (not related to T but definitely makes staying healthy more difficult). Doesn't eat particularly well but not too much junk food, exercises lightly 3x per week . . . total T of 1100 genetics plays a HUGE role

    To my Oatmeal lovers

thanks for sharing that - the BRM oats are definitely a step above the regular Quaker or store-brand oats. Trader Joe's rolled oats are similar - great texture

    Favorite gym saying or qoute

“I don’t care how big you are, if you aren’t strong you’re a sham. Having big muscles and no strength is the training equivalent of wearing a strap-on. All show and no go. End of story.” Easily my favorite Jim Wendler quote

    LGD-4033/Ostarine recommendations?

I'm on LGD/Osta/Cardarine, 5 weeks in. I'm enjoying it, but I think 6 weeks would be way too short. It took 4 weeks for things to really kick in with me, although I had a boost from the Cardarine in the first week. I would say at least 8 weeks to get a real benefit. I'm 34 and kinda broken...
