I’m 6’2’’ and 26 years old. Been training for 3 years my strength is pretty weak right now I’m 200 pounds and I bench 225 only for 2 reps. I can squat around 300 but not much more. Which steroids would work best for boosting my strength? Something I can take like an oral or 1 injectable?
