Very happy with post-comp recovery and body composition. Very little lingering inflammation and virtually no water retention. I will get bloods taken tomorrow and should be in a good position to escalate PEDs and calories for the final couple months of prep.

Less than nine months after having the left bicep tendon surgically reattached, I hit the platform in my comeback comp. Had the strength for a really good day, just let myself down with some poor technical execution on bench and deadlift that cost me some white lights.
