I originally started the cycle at 1mg anastrazole, 3 times per week. I know how my body acts at both low and high estrogen levels and the 3mg a week had me way too low. Symptoms for me are depression, low sex dive, unable to get a hard on, nuts hang high, lethargy.

100% im set to get bloodwork, pump and dump blood at 8 weeks - - - Updated - - - I do have AI's as a part of my cycle I take 1mg 2x. week on shot days. When this is done ill go back on to TRT.

I would be open to a 2 day fast for sure. I do think clearing things out would be super helpful. Would you also recommend taking 2 full days away from training during these two days and just focusing on recovery? I was afraid the lethargy was due to the food/substances/growth. I do want to see...

yeah your e2 is probably north of 60...start with .5mg of anastrazole 2x a week and see how if that helps. Im dealing with the same thing but its because I crashed my estrogen by taking too much AI, backing off it this week as im a bit too early in my cycle to get a blood test.

I just want to be clear since he is distinguishing between two different things in a similar way as we do other anabolics. Both liquid viagria/cialias and tablet are taken orally. This is not for injection because it says liquid.

I beleive its just a 10 pannel. which doesnt include anything that has to due with your hormones.
