All the normal stuff sleep wise. Same bed time. No screens in the lead up to bed. No big meals before bed. Magnesium zinc etc.
And been trying different elimination diet things. Adding kimchi and probiotics etc. going to be doing colonic in a couple of weeks which I'm not excited about...
Nothing exciting cycle wise. Im thinking the biggest things I need to work on are sleep quality and gut health.
Wouldnt be the worst thing doing a few units of gh per day just for sleep quality improvement but be easier to just take a tablet (mk) then another daily shot to do
Sweet thanks for the detailed answer. Had a few mates do those parasite cleanses that are diet based and swear by it. Can see how actual parasitic drugs would work better. Unfortunately doing the blast thing at the moment so better follow your advice and wait until back to normal trt.

Good question... Um full time self prescribed trt for the last 4? Years with pushes (nothing crazy) probably every 9 months or so. I think 5 before then with pcts over the previous 4-5 years.
