Four weeks mate. Ensure your deca is deca only and doesn't have test mixed in with it as this will negate the benifits of deca only. I was on Hercules deca and after 4 weeks I developed gyno symptoms and mood fluctuations. Added in an AI and it was all fixed. Classic case of test and deca...
