They've had some issues with their Proton Mail a bit ago. Have you tried reaching out again? My second order ended up showing up despite those issues of them getting the tracking number. They tend to be fairly fast when it comes to turnaround times and responding to emails.

Best customer service, response time and transparency I've encountered in the industry. All orders arrived within under a one week and were well packaged. Will leave a more detailed review about the products down the line, but so far will be 100% be my choice go9ng forward.
