Carried my fast over from the day before had kind of an off day but I still did my stretching, planks, push-ups and crunches
Planks-5sets 1:31, 1:18, 1:15, 1:05, 1:05
Push-ups 5 sets 16, 16, 15, 15, 13
Crunches-5sets 30 each
Stretching routine before workout
Fasted again so no dinner...
