I am considering taking N2Slin the whole day every 2 hours, what kind of dose do you guys recommend? I want to keep my levels of blood sugar low.

Taking a preworkout with caffeine that's been giving me the opposite side effect like I can't concentrate, have a headache and getting super bad anxiety during training, wtf is this! shouldn't a preworkout help me train NOT hurt my training.:mad:
