What dosage do you recommend for liquidex?

Shoulder was temporary, which is great news but. I am running 10 mg of nolvadex and 25 mg of proviron daily as suggested for the remainder of the cycle. I'm at week 5 and having some serious water retention issues. What should I do? End cycle early?

What supplements are not a waste of money if you're already on a cycle?
