It most likely is. The way he speaks is way too similar to the Rep as well. Even the logo is the same, he’s just inverted the colours.

I’ve been waiting for a month now. I originally placed my order on February 19th. When nothing had arrived by February 28th, I reached out to BBL to check on the status. He told me it should have already arrived, apologized for the issue, and admitted he couldn’t even find tracking for that...

So I sent him a message to order Thursday night, and he responded quick saying well sort it the next day. So that’s the last I’ve heard. Although, I wasn’t aware he was MIA over weekends.
