Another log update been a busy week but getting it done the growth starting to marinate I feel now sleeping better and tightening up training sessions below 👇 2 session back to back and a rest day tomorrow currently running 2 days on 1 day off has been great and the old faithful steak and potatoes
Arm day Friday, was a great session but if a change from routine just wanted to blast my arms and see how pumped I could get them definitely

Log update, legs last night was a cracker got a new PB on the hack squat 200 x 6 I’m not sure what the machine weights but I never count that anyway plus some food
