    Protein for that lunch meal is 200g chicken so around 35-40g of protein, last set of Hacks the 200 x 6 on the 4th

    Log update, legs last night was a cracker got a new PB on the hack squat 200 x 6 I’m not sure what the machine weights but I never count that anyway plus some food
