Does it look like English is my second language? (No offense to Kenny)

I've been browsing for a while now since I made my account but I've been hesitant to post because I didn't want to seem like a dumb ass without getting to know the forum a bit first.

What happened to Kenny? He seems to be banned but I didn't find any reason why from using the search bar.
