I tried messaging @jasonhill800 but Im guessing I'm too new to direct message. Placed an order on Napsgear.org 2/24/26. All domestics. Shipping notification was quick but after about 3 weeks it updated to "That package did not have proper postage applied and will not be delivered." Reached...

Does Naps have users on this board to assist with an order problem?
