It’s not clinically relevant at that point, generally dilutions are only done beyond a certain point where the actual numbers are needed for tracking/recovery purposes. Eg troponin

Should probably drop the boxes, you can’t tell me that you’ve got a box for every batch you make up. Given you have batch numbers on boxes it’s a little misleading if this is the case. Boxes are also an additional unnecessary cost for you.
