Yes was thinking maybe now because i add tren with the hgh it will lower my T3 so i need to add small dose T3 but maybe dont need.
yohimbine is a nice fatburner maybe ill start it now tho it make me hold water when i am

Today i did shoulders. I always start with focus on the rear delt thats something i see many people neglect i use to do the same misstake and i did not have good rear delts until i change my training to focusing on the rear more and that made my delts pop more.
