The expiration date is 05/2022. The source said it has a shelf life up to 5 years, along with information posted online. Any truth to this?

I purchased some gear from a very reputable source and the manufactured date is 1 year old. This is my first time buying gear. Is this the norm? I know it has a shelf life of 5 years, but was curious. Thank you.

I am currently prescribed TRT. In addition, I purchased Pharmacom Testosterone Cypionate, but have not received it yet. I prefer pharmaceutical grade over UGL. Price not being an issue, can someone point me in the right direction of a legit source that carries pharmaceutical grade Test C? Thank you.
