Ok, a little late on an update. Weighed in at 198 this morning. Feeling a bit better today. Plenty of drive for my workout,which was chest and back. Got a huge pump,even more than usual,and my strength feels increased even more as well.

Little update here.
Had kind of a bad weekend,but I got all my meal prep and cardio in,along with my accessory workouts. I had today off from work,but drive there anyways for legs 💪 i didn't have a time limit,so I threw in a little more volume.

I threw this together real fast Wednesday night,for this/from lunch.
2 cups Spanish rice (basmati rice1/2 tablespoon Irish butter/salsa). 5 oz grilled chicken breast,and about a cup of California vegetable mix.

Got in a killer BI/TRI workout.
Feeling a tad fatigued,but I usually am at the end of the week,so hopefully that's what it is. Still feeling good and driven! Next week is week 5!
No real signs of suppression yet. I think people overestimate that with SARMS...
