    I run about 210mg of test just because it was nice easy number and run 30mg daily with a 29g 1/2” insulin pin to the delt. I never have issues with the pin and has kept my levels more stable with no highs and lows. Not everyone wants to pin everyday but for it it’s better than 100mg at a time...
