Do you get worse swelling if its hot outside?

I am on 250mg of test-c a week and I get swelling in my feet only. It is not every day but usually a couple days before my dose. I was on a ai but my doctor thought my estrogen was too low and told me to stop taking. he said estrogen should be in the 20 range.
