Thank you, but only one small part of this issue was about Ultima. The lack of communication, disrespect, and poor treatment was all directly from Naps.

I’ve been having an awful issue with them. Unluckily ordered the bad batch of Ultima test which took almost two months to arrive. Several of weeks of arguing with and being treated poorly by Randi/Randy Davis in order to get a refund. Replacement order was seized, and now have been being ignored...

Right….but what did they do to get suspended? As of right now the suspension is baseless to everyone else.

Thought that may be against the rules, per the message of “Suspended until further notice - do not interact.”

Are we not allowed to know what’s up? Seems like it would be prudent to let others know for everyone’s awareness since they’re still approved and in good standings on multiple other forums.

What happened? I know them on another forum and they have been a great source there.
