Im 122kg and 6 ft 2
high body fat prob late 20s to 30%
Strong lifter
Cardio fit
Im a Clean eater
Also I have in stock the below, waiting for some of it to arrive
suggestions for any gear I would need to get is welcome

30 min fasted cardio
1 iu hgh
4 mg reta weekly shot
Walk dogs 40 min
10 am 40 gm protein shake
1pm 350gm fish, 150 gm cottage cheese, 10 olives and jalapeño
5pm 40 gm protein shake
Multi vitamin
This morning scales 122.3 kg
Not hungry retas great

I'll drop to 1 iu gh for a week and see how that goes, look at it from there
