@HarleyGuy I kept it at 2 mg and moved my Meals around. Added more carbs to my breakfast. Added an extra shake late in the evening with peanut butter and banana and ice to make it more like a treat etc little bit of dark chocolate 🍫.
Macros are decent eating 2600 to 2800 cal depending training day.

Shortly after bumping to 400mg. Woke up with early signs of gyno left pec was swollen and around the nipple so I added 20 mg for 7 days went down after three days or so.
