Surgery tomorrow for my ankle reconstruction. Check in this week was good sitting at 97.6kg. no changes to be made apart from post surgery I will be running 1mg of TB500 EOD and .5 BPC daily. I will be running mots C aswell due to not moving as much after surgery...

Sorry I haven't posted in nearly a week. I rolled my ankle again at work and I have to get surgery next Monday so I have been resting.
Tomorrow I have check in and a push session, and pull the following day. I will upload my logs and check in

Bit of a catch up. These are my last three workout logs (Monday/anterior,Tuesday/Pull and Thursday/Push) I had to end my push workout early to get my daughter from daycare early so I missed two excercises.

Workouts have a rest day between them bro. Tbh I find the recovery is in the sweet spot ATM. I pretty much hit all my weights and and progress in some areas week to week.

This week's check in everyone. 95.6kg fasted this week so the body adjusted to the food. We have increased my food by 50 carbs on training days so total training day cals are at 4400 now. Fasted check in photos below.

Hey bro tbh I took some aromasin to see if it was E2 related and my bloods showed it was still in range too so I just dropped it. I believe it's progesterone related or just the nandrolone making the receptor more sensitive to E2. I didn't want to take my E2 any lower either due to potentially...
Thanks Lev 🙏 522 carb rest days and 600 training days currently. Think the plan is too slowly drizzle more in over the next few months keeping me as lean as possible. Hopefully hit 105kg end of year 💪

This was todays check in photos. Up another 700g this week and body composition is still looking pretty decent. Only change made was an extra set has been added to my dumbell rows and also another set to my triceps. No food increases or drug increases .

This is todays Pull log 💪 it was a good session I just loaded the RDL up slightly too much, I was going for 8 reps but the 5th one felt abit funny so I just dropped it to be safe.
