I think most of that is genetic, because at times I will run a gram of test of week and have no acne.

really depends on what you are using. like I would do test propenate in the morning then workout in the evening, seemed to work well

well I usually do 15 reps to start, then 12. I go really heavy on curls and triceps which people usually like to hate on me for. like I'll concentrate curl 80 pound dumbbells for a set of 3-5 then then load the curl bar up to 165 for a couple of reps. just what I like to do

I'd cut the test e down to 800, the deca down to around 300 and take the test prop down a 100mg, if you are experienced. But, judging by looking on this forum I take alot more than other people on here.
