I drink coffee every morning and after about an hour I go for a run. I never felt bad neither I had uncomfortable feeling in my heart. I don't know if we are supposed to drink
Is this the same type of protein in food and in supplements? I mean for example they put the same protein in supplements as it exists in eggs and fish?
I prefer to buy whole wheat bread, as i read that it doesn't consist of fat, therefore you can eat it without gaining weight. I usually have a few toasts before running
