I did a quad shot of 200 primo into my quad shoved it in . Didn't aspirate pumped it in and then took it out And then blood everywhere... Now 6 days later the leg is swollen and painful to move Any advice for a newbie

Hey just curious on how you go on about taking multiple compounds in the one shot I draw from my test into the needle then switch needle head then draw from my primo into the same syringe . Feels like I'm getting sick doing this Anytips for the bro

Both look like pretty good options you could always run the test solo for a few weeks Then add in the others
