training doesnt really change for me.. i work the whole body in 4 days then off one day then repeat (chest-bi's/back-tris/legs/shoulders). Do short rests with super sets, drop sets, and every now and again a strength day for major lifts 5 x 3

that's wild, so would one say this is the "holy grail" for site fat loss or does it eventually go systemic (it is injected so the blood stream would carry it yes?)
haven't been sleeping well since last weekend and just bought some ZMA. Stuff knocks me out and i get really good sleep and vivid dreams. Hopefully that and my other vits from the kings on here will help
