    I sent them an email before I started using it and they(N2BM) said that if it was kept in a cool environment out of direct sunlight it would last well beyond the expiration date.

    Not yet. Work has kept me busy and I haven't got to reach out to him yet. As far as light carbs I meant green vegetables. Broccoli, spinach, green beans, cabbage, and brussel sprouts. Mostly sauteed with olive oil or coconut oil, with onion and garlic. Or some variation.

    Will do. Off to an ok start, I think. Changed my diet and dropped 8 pounds in 5 days. I know the weight loss will slow down eventually but I'm take all I can get right now. Cut out all soda's, junk food, fatty meats. It's working so far. Nothing but lean meats, vegetables, good fats ,and light carbs

    How would I even know? Other than getting it checked out. I mean I don't carry a lot of weight in my legs. I mostly carry it in my arms, waist, and chest. Last measurements I took my biceps were 17.5" flexed on the right and 17" flexed on the left. Puny I know but hopefully this helps.

    10-4. Thanks I always run N2Guard for support. My last cycle my liver was good on the Sust. I was going to add some extra supplement this time. Hawthorn, Dandelion, and Red Yeast Rice.
