Quick follow up to my earlier post (and sincere 'thank you' to Vision) - with my pack being lost in the mail, PSL reshipped with lightning speed, received everything today. Thanks again, you've definitely got a customer going forward with me!

Hi Vision - my order # is RDDNPFGQO. The website says that it shipped on 8/28, but per USPS Tracking, it says it's in the pre-shipment phase (a shipping label has been created, but USPS is awaiting the item). Since it's been 2 weeks, I'm concerned that they've lost the package. Thanks so...
