Yeah the Test E. I had a bit of a problem on my 5th injection and got an infection. I'm on my last 2 days of antibiotics and it's much better now. I'm not blaming the gear because if it was dirty I would have gotten an infection on every pin, but It does make me very sore for 4-5 days after...- JohnyCoolNuts
