I think u need to reserch hcg .. its totally different then any other 500 cal diet .. hcg is a pregnancy hormone which supplies food to foetus 24/7 from stored fats when food is not present. ... so when u r on hcg and u eat only 500 calorie a day u don't stare actually. ..hcg supplies your body...
