So I tried online again tonight. No waive ID, so called the customer support line. They said that the only way to waive ID, is in person with an agent.
So back to WU in the morning for me.
I sent a payment the other day, tried online first...never saw the waive ID option. Got to the confirm transfer page and it said at the bottom "photo ID required". So I just went to wu down the street. Did I miss something?
