Hi same issue here. I have been a loyal naps customer and have been happy. Unfortunately my last order had some back and forth with "Quentin" as my card didn't go through. He said use Zelle- responding within minutes repeatedly. Sent Zelle...crickets. for days and still nothing. No approval etc...
