    I’m not doing 240mgs. My testosterone was 240 in my blood work before trt. On trt clinic put me on 150mgs a week. Which put me in the 800s for test in blood work.

    So a normal day is start out with a mass gainer shake. Mutant mass gainer 2 scoops 560 calories. 1 cup old fashion oats and 2 cups 2% whole milk. Just over 1000 calories and 60g of protein.
