    Zero leg strength mate, they look like pins. As much as i dont skip legs and try get them stronger and bigger its just not happening. I started squating 60kgs which was a struggle worked up to 95 from there ... Im not a big guy in the slightest (65kg) baby lifts for a baby sized guy i suppose...

    Thanks for the welcome guys, I do eat 5k a day, i dont think im a prodigy haha, i do work exsessive hours weekly (64) minimum as a plasterer, ive wondered if that plays a part in why i cant gain anymore weight... @plat my mate who is competeing is entering a natural comp ( although most arent)...

Im an aussie who has been going to gym (3-4 times pw)for over a yr ( with a mate who is about to enter his first comp) and ive gained 8kg, ive been eating 5k calories a day , some days i am almost sick from trying to cram...
