I believe nandrolone does increase collagen synthesis, so it should help heal your joints to some extent although I wouldn't expect miracles. The good joint feeling you get from nandrolone comes from increases in synovial fluid, but this is temporary while you're using the compound.
What are your stats and what are your goals?
Food choices look good. Only thing I might change is the cup of apple juice, you could probably get a better source of quick carbs: maybe a bagel or something. But it's not a huge deal either way.
