I did a order 3 weeks ago and there nothing, I asked for tracking on the 10th day and he said he’ll check up on it and since then he has been ignoring my messages but leaving me on read. Can anyone help here

Hey so I did an order about 3 weeks ago now and I asked for tracking on the 10th day and since that time he is completely ignoring me and just leaving my messages on read. Is there any way around this?
