Solid sleep today, had another 7-7.5hr somewhere in that range. Had a good training session with some strength coming back, overall everything felt really good and I'm quite happy with it. Skipped out on the usual T-Bar at the end since it was unavailable though

Yessir! I find the pullups are intense but awesome. My gym doesn't have monkey bars but I never even considered that would actually be a pretty solid and functional exercise and you're primed for the rest of the sesh
