This recommendation with the lower eq ratio is a good way to start. See how you respond and then adjust as necessary. EQ can crash your estrogen if the ratio's off.
I find it fascinating the scams people dream up, ideas that never even occur to normal working people that pay their way. Once you realise someone is a liar, it's really hard to do anything with them or help them in any way.
That's wild. What's the condition called if you don't mind me asking? It's not insanity it's it? Just kidding, I'd be interested to hear about a condition like that.
Correct. Minimises scar tissue, helps with quicker healing and less pain at the injection site. If you hit the area with a massage gun afterwards for five or ten minutes, you'll hardly know you've injected anything.
No. Use a 21g or larger needle to draw out into a regular 3ml syringe. Then you pull the plunger out of the insulin needle and carefully squirt what you want into the insulin syringe and place the plunger back in. You can't draw oil into smaller needles but you can push it out.
As soon as you can, move to smaller gauges. Less scarring to worry about in the long term. Again, depends on body fat levels though. You should be able to hit delts, triceps and quads with the smaller needles
