I've taken 750 mg of magnesium glycinate / lysinate chelate (Dr's Best brand) in 3 divided doses every day for the last 10 years. I've also sorted all other minerals out by having a red blood cell elements test...
All right thanks guys i'll get onto getting some compression sleeves today.
I've taken 750 mg magnesium every day for the last 10 years and eat lots of banannas and avocados (plus add salt to my meals) so i'm pretty sure i'm good for minerals and electrolytes that could influence this problem...

I'm brand new to this and have a long standing issue I am hopeful someone here can help with.
